Materials to contribute to the volume ‘Post Planetary Futures’ This gives the opportunity to reflect on ways that the group project did / didn’t take on themes, and also in general synthesize and summarize your research. You will each write a very concise final paper assessing both your individual theme ideas and the group project. INDIVIDUAL FINAL PAPER: Individual papers also due by final class.ģ-5 pages. Only internal deadlines for the course affect grading. Note that achieving or missing those external deadlines will NOT influence your grade in any manner. If any projects are to be submitted to external challenges or competitions, earlier deadlines may apply. The team, in a final review context with guest critics, will briefly present the project, and there will be discussion. This can draw from, combine, synthesize one or more themes. During the first weeks of semester, you will team up in teams of ~3-5, to work on a group project. GROUP RESEARCH: Students work in small teams. A proposal for this will be due around week 5 as an ongoing set of notes on your blog you’ll be expected to provide specific links to blog posts, with a summary paragraph of the research theme, if you submit this as the mid semester assignment.
